Role Objective
Design and develop Cast Resin Transformers (CRT) with a focus on electrical design, performance optimization, and compliance with industry standards. Ensure integration of CRT systems into turnkey power solutions across diverse applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of Cast Resin Transformers (CRT) for industrial and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed electrical designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with IEC/IS standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with mechanical, production, and quality teams for seamless execution.
- Conduct design validation, testing, and performance analysis of CRT systems.
- Support techno-commercial discussions with clients and consultants.
- Provide technical expertise during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Track emerging technologies and contribute to continuous product improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in transformer electrical design, preferably CRT.
- Hands-on experience in design software and electrical analysis tools.
- Ability to handle design documentation and client interactions independently.
- Exposure to turnkey or solution-based projects is an advantage.

Experience
5–6 years in transformer design, preferably Cast Resin Transformers (CRT).
