Role Objective
Execute transformer projects with a focus on electrical systems, site supervision, and compliance with industry standards. Ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and smooth integration of transformer systems into turnkey solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of transformers at project sites.
- Review electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with design, mechanical, and quality teams for seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with IEC/IS standards and client requirements.
- Manage site activities including manpower allocation, material handling, and safety protocols.
- Provide technical support during execution and resolve site-level challenges.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in troubleshooting and post-installation support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in electrical engineering with exposure to transformer projects.
- Hands-on site supervision and project execution experience.
- Ability to manage manpower, drawings, and client interactions independently.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance practices.

Experience
4–5 years in transformer project execution, preferably in electrical power projects.
Education
