Job Title: AGM / GM – Project Sales (Diesel Gensets & Allied Systems)

Drive Project sales of Diesel Generator (DG) systems along with complete balance-of-plant (BoP) and allied infrastructure, focusing on turnkey solution selling rather than standalone equipment sales.Key Responsibilities
- Lead project sales of DG sets including complete allied systems and installation scope
- Drive business for end-to-end DG solutions, including:
- Exhaust & chimney systems
- Bulk HSD storage & fuel management systems
- Acoustic enclosures & room acoustics
- DG external cooling system ( Cooling Towers / Coil Coolers )
- Electrical panels, cabling & synchronization systems
- Identify Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, EPC players and end customers
- Engage at early stages of projects (design/specification stage) to ensure product inclusion
- Coordinate with technical, design, and execution teams to offer customized turnkey solutions
- Manage complete sales cycle: lead generation → techno-commercial discussions → negotiation → order closure
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and upcoming projects to drive proactive sales
- Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM updates, and reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience or willing to work in DG / Powergen project sales.
- Exposure to turnkey or solution-based selling involving multiple system components
- Good understanding of electrical / Mechanical systems, DG integration, and site requirements
- Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions independently
- Existing network with consultants, EPCs, builders, or industrial clients is a big advantage
