Job Title: AGM / GM – Project Sales (Diesel Gensets & Data Center Power Solutions)

Role Objective
Drive project sales of DG systems for Data Centres and other mission-critical applications, with a strong focus on end-to-end turnkey solutions and high-reliability power infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project sales of Diesel Generator (DG) systems for data centres, colocation facilities, and critical infrastructure projects
- Sell complete DG-based power backup solutions, including:
- Exhaust & chimney systems
- Bulk HSD storage & fuel management systems
- Leak detection systems
- Acoustic treatment & room engineering
- Synchronization panels, AMF panels, and electrical integration
- Engage with data centre developers, operators, EPC contractors, and consultants at early design/spec stages
- Understand and align solutions with Tier requirements (Tier II / III / IV), redundancy (N+1, 2N), and uptime expectations
- Drive techno-commercial discussions and position Sudhir Power as a solution partner (not just equipment supplier)
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams for customized, compliant designs
- Manage complete sales lifecycle: lead generation → specification → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Build relationships with key stakeholders: consultants, PMCs, MEP designers, and project heads
- Track upcoming data centre projects, hyperscaler expansions, and colocation demand trends
- Ensure CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, and accurate forecasting
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in DG / Powergen project sales for data centers or mission-critical facilities
- Strong understanding of:
- Redundancy configurations (N+1, 2N, 2N+1)
- High uptime power systems
- Integration with UPS, electrical infrastructure, and BMS
- Experience working with data center clients, EPCs, or consultants
- Ability to handle complex, high-value project sales cycles
- Strong network in data center ecosystem (developers, operators, consultants) preferred

Experience
